Rush Technical FAQ
Requesting a proof will pause your production clock. The Next-Day turnaround time does not begin until you have formally approved your artwork proof. For maximum speed on emergency orders, we recommend submitting "Print Ready" files that do not require a manual proofing cycle.
No. "Next Day" refers specifically to Production Time (manufacturing). You must still select an appropriate shipping method (Overnight, 2-Day, or Ground) during checkout to ensure the carrier delivers it by your deadline.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed in the following day's production run. If you have an extreme emergency after 9:00 AM, please call our Priority Hotline at 951-684-3111 immediately to see if we can still slot your project into the current shift.
Rush fees cover the prioritized labor and machine time required to move your order to the front of our industrial queue. Once the order leaves our facility on time, the rush fee is considered earned. We cannot refund rush fees for carrier-related delays such as weather, mechanical failure, or route issues.
Our facility has a daily capacity of over 46,000 square feet. While we can handle most high-volume orders as rushes, extremely large-scale projects (over 500 units) may require a phased shipping schedule. Please contact a project manager for large-format emergency rollouts.
